Michael Maresca, MPT, Cert.MDT

Maresca Physical Therapy is owned by Michael Maresca. After graduating from Iolani School and Gonzaga University, Mike received his Masters of Physical Therapy from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 1996. He is certified in mechanical diagnosis and therapy by the McKenzie Institute and has training in treatment of chronic pain conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).

After managing a private practice focusing on orthopedic injuries and post-operative recovery in Portland, Oregon, Mike moved home to Hawaii in 2003 and established Maresca Physical Therapy. The firm initially focused on providing mobile/in-home outpatient physical therapy, but soon expanded to include a full service outpatient physical therapy clinic at Waterfront Plaza/ Restaurant Row.

Besides his work, Mike enjoys surfing, hiking with his dog and playing tennis.

Matthew Maresca, Office Manager

Matt is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a B. A. in Educational Psychology. He worked many years in the education field, tutoring math, working with special needs students and coaching track.  For the past several years he has worked for Maresca Physical Therapy handling administrative and office management responsibilities.
